How would i update my video card driver for my computer?

I have intel(R) 825915G/GV/910GL express chipset (not sure if that means anything) video card driver, and I was hoping if anyone with relative good understanding of computers could help me with this I'm trying to get minecraft and it wouldnt load as it said I need to update my "video card driver" to make it work. Thanks.|||go to control/administrative tools/computer management/ device manager. and find your video card, double click on it and then switch to driver and then click on update driver.|||easier way.

Open windows updates and have it do a "custom search" and look at what "optional" hardware

updates it offers.

"910" chipset video is often pdatable to 915 via firmware updates which you can get either from Microsoft via "updates" or you can go looking for it at Intels support site.

Generally speaking if you allowed automatic updates to run on your computer you'd probably already have the updated driver.

But it should also be noted that the 910chipset is 2005-2006 vintage technology. and as such is rather "Dated"|||To update a driver you have to go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest driver for your hardware device. That would be Intel's website. The same update should be available on your computer manufacturer's website, such as Dell or HP.

But likely that won't resolve your issue. I suspect your video card does not meet the hardware requirements to play Minecraft. In that case you would need to upgrade to a new video card, and it will be up to you to determine whether this is worth the cost, or if it's time to upgrade to a new computer. If you have a laptop it's almost certain that your video card is integrated into the manufacturer's proprietary motherboard and cannot be swapped for an upgraded model as would be possible in a desktop computer where the video card and motherboard are usually separate components.
